Can I check my order before accepting it?


Yes! When your order arrives, you're welcome to inspect the items while the courier is still there.
If you're happy, go ahead and accept the package. If you're not, simply return the entire package to the courier on the spot

What if I ordered several items - can I accept just part of the package?

No - we do not allow partial acceptance during delivery.
If you ordered multiple items, you must either accept the full package or return it all during delivery.
However, you can still return or exchange specific items later within our 14-day return window.

How long do I have to return or exchange something?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Just submit a request using the form below. We'll take care of the rest.

How does the return process work?

We'll arrange for a courier to collect the item(s) from your address.
Once we receive the item(s) in perfect condition, we'll issue your refund or process your exchange,
based on your request.

Who pays for shipping?

You do. In all cases - whether it's a refund or exchange - the shipping fees are covered by the customer.

What condition do items need to be in for a return?

Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original packaging
We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these conditions.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are sent via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Including your account or number when submitting your return helps us process your refund faster.

How long does delivery take?

Packages usually arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
