Refunds & Exchanges
We get it - sometimes things don't vibe the way you expected. That's okay. Here's how we handle

returns at Museik:
1. Instant Check Upon Delivery
When your order arrives, you're welcome to inspect the items while the courier is still there.
- If you're happy with the items, accept the full package and enjoy!
- Not your thing? Hand everything back on the spot - no hard feelings.
Note: If you ordered multiple pieces, you must either accept or return the entire package during
delivery. Partial acceptance is not allowed.
You can still request a return for individual items within 14 days.
2. Refunds & Exchanges (Within 14 Days)
Changed your mind? You've got 14 days to return it.
- Submit a request through the form below. Please include your InstaPay or Vodafone Cash number
so we can process your refund smoothly.
- We'll arrange a courier to pick it up. Once we receive the item(s) in perfect condition, we'll either
issue a refund or process an exchange, depending on your request.
- Shipping fees are covered by you in all cases.
Important Notes
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet our return conditions.
